ezines and newsletters - stay in touch with online periodicals
The challenge: Create a graphically rich online marketing publication with upbeat, interesting writing to harmonize the marketing message delivered to diverse international audiences and the company's sales force.

The synergized™ paradigm: Our talent was key in the creation, production and editorial management of myNews@Sabre.com, a monthly online periodical for Sabre, Inc. As a Inaugural issue of myNews@Sabre.comleading global reservations system, Sabre used this graphically rich ezine and its accompanying browser-printable and text-only newsletters to communicate with its thousands of travel agency customers in the U.S. and Canada.

The ezine was produced in U.S. and Canadian English, plus French and Spanish. A special Insider Focus version of myNews—our brainchild— kept the field sales representatives in step with what their customers were reading while providing helpful, sales-building proprietary information.

Both the customer and insider versions were delivered automatically through an email system that was capable of providing valuable information for refined targeted marketing.

The entire publication involved six separate internet and intranet web sites and encompassed as many as 22 separate versions each month. A streamlined content management process—another of our bright ideas—made it possible to update and manage this complex and very effective marketing tool within demanding deadlines.
